Edinburgh-based Trinity Decorating Services (TDS) is making a fundamental change to the working patterns of its staff in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
With many of its team furloughed for most of last year, it was clear when they returned to work that spending time with family and loved ones had been important. The message got through, and TDS conducted a poll to see whether a change in working hours might suit the workforce. The result is that the company will be moving to a four-day week from 3 May 2021.

Working hours for TDS staff will be 07:30-17:30 Monday to Thursday, and there will be no disruption to the customer.
