Crown Paints is set to open a Crown Decorating Centre in Wishaw and customers can get a free £5 breakfast voucher on their first visit.
The Wishaw store opens on Excelsior Park, Canyon Road on Monday 13 September. Crown Decorating Centres are designed to give both tradespeople and at-home DIYers a one-stop destination for products and advice for their paint projects.
To mark the store’s launch, the Crown Decorating Centre (CDC) is also offering customers 30 per cent off their first purchase* across its range of products, which include interior, exterior and designer paints and wallpaper, as well as decorating supplies and equipment from Crown Paints and other leading brands.
Customers will also have access to Crown Paints’ extensive in-house colour expertise, with guides and resources on how colour can be used in different rooms and against various lighting.
The CDC in Wishaw will also offer the hugely popular Can Back recycling scheme, where people can return any branded old paint cans to be recycled responsibly. The scheme recycles more than 200 tonnes of cans annually through Crown Decorating Centres. The store will also recycle decorative plastic through its Plastic Back scheme – the first of its kind among the popular paint brands.
As part of the store’s opening, Crown Paints has donated 50 litres of paint to Go Together, a Wishaw-based charity that provides support for local people struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
The charity is building a drop-in centre for local people to access Go Together’s support, and with its paint donation, Crown Paints hopes to brighten the space for users.
